Cheesy upside down taco puffs

These cheesy upside down taco puffs topped with lettuce, red onion and coriander are sure to be a hit at your bbq’s this summer!

Ingredients:

500g ground beef
Taco seasoning
200g shredded cheddar cheese
1 sheet rolled puff pastry
1/2 chopped lettuce
Handful chopped cilantro
Handful chopped red option
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp Smoked Jalapeno Mayo

Methods:

– Preheat Oven: 200°C
– Cook Beef In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and then season with taco seasoning.
– Cut pastry in to even sized rectangles
– On a lined tin place come cheese directly on to the pan then top with beef and puffed pastry. cook for 20-25 until pastry is golden brown.
– Once brown leave to cool slightly then flip pastry over. Top with lettuce, red onion, coriander and frizzle with your sour cream and mayo combination!
