- Recipe (serves 1):
Grate 30g halloumi then mix with 40g sweetcorn, 1 chopped spring onion, 1 large egg, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a pan with a little oil/frylight and add the mixture, using around 1 tbsp batter per fritter.
- Cook on each side for 2-3 mins or until golden & crispy.Serve & enjoy.
