Smoked Beetroot Hummus

Our Smokin’ good beetroot hummus is a fine and foxy interpretation of a classic hearty spread. We added the earthy, sweet flavour of our smoked beetroot ketchup for the perfect BBQ twist to make everyone’s favourite dip even BEETer! 

A simple recipe that you can enjoy straight from our foxy kitchen to your home.

Ingredients: ⁠
1 can chickpeas, drained⁠
1 tbs tahini⁠
1 clove of garlic⁠
1/2 tsp salt⁠
1/2 tsp ground cumin powder⁠
Pinch of cracked black pepper⁠
5 tbs Foraging Fox Smoked Ketchup⁠
2 tbs olive oil⁠
Juice of half a lemon⁠

Method: ⁠
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with your favourite dippers like olives, veggie crudités and crackers! Store in the fridge, in an air tight container or jar for up to a week⁠.
